Typical
Activities: |
Social activities are included in the price. Friendly
Activities Leaders ensure that every student gets individual
attention, and in doing so help each student to get to
know Brighton with, for example: a quiz about the town
and sightseeing excursions, a visit to the Town Hall and
to the courts, a demonstration of cricket, a beach party
and barbecue. The leaders can also cater for special wishes
- obtaining theatre tickets and booking tennis, windsurfing,
golf and riding lessons. Additionally most course prices
include one or two outings to London, which is almost
on Brighton's doorstep. |

| Accommodation: |
i) Host Families: Students
can stay with a family in the Brighton area who will
provide a warm and comfortable home during your stay.
Living with a host family ensures
lots of exposure to the English way of life. Twin rooms
are shared between two students. Breakfast, packed lunch
and evening meals are included.
ii) Choice of 2 Residences:
1. St Mary's Hall:
where you will also have your lessons. You will be sharing
your room with up to 3 other students from different
countries. Bathrooms and showers and located on each
floor. School facilities include tennis and basketball
courts, a football pitch and an indoor swimming pool.
You will have breakfast and dinner at the school and
a packed lunch is also provided. Please note that at
this residence, we can only accept students travelling
in closed groups with a leader. Residential supervision
by school staff will also be provided. This residence
is available from 5 April to the 26 April, and the 6
July to the 23 August.
2. Grand Ocean Residence:
we offer twin and quad rooms with a private bathroom,
television and air-conditioning. The residence is beautifully
located in landscaped gardens only 25 minutes away by
bus from the school. Facilities include an indoor swimming
pool and sauna, a snooker club, indoor bowls and table
tennis. 24 hour supervision by school staff will be
provided. You will have breakfast and dinner in the
restaurant and a packed lunch is also provided. This
residence is available from the 7 June to the 6 September.
