Upon visiting the verdant city of Prague, you will discover that the entire history of European architecture has left its trace on the city with various signs and styles of architecture. Its variety of Art Nouveau, Baroque, Renaissance, Gothic, Neo-Classiocal, Cubist, and ultra-modern buildings once inspired a poet to call the city a "symphony of stones". To add to its haphazard and varied terrain are its bridges: fourteen which span the Vitava River, and one which bridges Nusle valley.
As well as being full of architectural and natural treasures, Prague has a rich culture for theatre, concerts, exhibitions, museums, and art galleries.
